Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup salad oil (Mazola) 
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons baking soda powder 
  • 3 cups raw grated carrots
  • 4 eggs

Instructions 

  1. Sift dry ingredients
  2. Add oil and 1 egg at a time
  3. Bake in 2 round 8-inch cake tins at 350ยบ F for 45 to 50 minutes
